Hello, I started the Õdevie cure 3 weeks ago mostly for knee and lumbar osteoarthritis problems... I am at 80ml per day having increased gradually as I was previously taking 10ml ampoules, with little results. I plan to increase to 100ml but it seems to me that improvement is starting to be felt....Cordially

I completed my 2nd race of the year last weekend, 82km 4800+ in 9h29 🏆🥇and still without cramps! Amazing. It was the first time I used Odevie during a competition, I drank 250ml at 2 hours of effort.. 500ml at 5 hours of effort and 500ml at 7 hours of effort. I've rarely run such an effort without any slack, it's incredible, in good shape and lucid from start to finish!
