Terms of service

1. Area of application

The general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter "GTC") apply to all legal acts concluded on the online store www.plasma-odevie.com (hereinafter individually referred to as "BL") managed by Õdevie sàrl (hereinafter "OD").
OD reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time.
The version of the GCS in force at the time of the order is decisive and cannot be unilaterally modified for this order.
The conditions of the customer which are in contradiction with or which derogate from these GCS are not recognized.
European law on online purchases is applied.

2. Offer

The offer is valid as long as the product can be found in the online store using the search function and/or while stocks last.

2.1 Product and Price

Product images and information in advertising, flyers, online store, etc. are similar to the products sold but are not binding.
The price indicated in the online shop at the time of the order is decisive for the conclusion of the contract.
< span>All sale prices published in the BL are final prices and include VAT.
Delivery prices are shown separately, defined according to the place of delivery.
OD reserves the right to modify the prices of the products and services offered at any time.

2.2 Availability and Delivery Time

Delivery delays may occur, due to production or delivery issues.
This is the reason why all information relating to availability and delivery times are given for information only and may be modified at any time.

3. Other provisions

3.1 Unidentifiable Returns

Returns for which we have no information about the sender and therefore cannot be returned (due to missing data) are kept for 30 days by OD before being disposed of. span>

3.2 Partial nullity

If certain provisions of these T&Cs should prove to be null or void, the validity of the other provisions of the contract shall not be affected.

3.3 Jurisdiction and applicable law

All legal relations between OD and the customer are subject to Swiss law.
For any dispute arising from sales contracts with OD as contracting party: the place of jurisdiction is Geneva .

3.4 Copyright Statement

All rights, in particular the intellectual property of the documents and visual identity of OD products, of these GCS are reserved to OD.
Any reproduction, distribution or other use is prohibited and is only permitted with the express written consent of OD.
In the event of non-compliance with this directive, OD reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings.
