1st time? Do a test (2 to 6 days)
• 45 ml of isotonic solution spread over 2 days, to be repeated 1 or 2 times


1. Hydration - Remineralization (1 to 6 months)
• 50-100 ml of isotonic solution to drink during the day for 1 week
• Then 100 to 250 ml of isotonic solution to drink in the day


2. Vitality – Boost (NOT in case of hypertension or kidney problems)
• 100 to 250 ml of isotonic solution per day + 10-20 ml of hypertonic solution, for 5 to 10 days at the beginning of the 1st month
• then 100 to 250 ml of isotonic solution to drink during the day you can repeat iso + hyper at the beginning of the 3rd month for 5 to 10 days


In case prolonged treatment, it is good to take breaks. For example, consume 5 days out of 7 or so for 3 weeks then stop for a week then resume for 3 weeks, etc.

1st time? Take a test (8 days)

  • 22.5 ml of isotonic solution per day (half of the preparation above)

1. Solution to REVITALIZE, REMINERALIZE (4 weeks)

  • 50 ml of isotonic solution to drink during the day for 1 week
  • 50 to 100 ml of isotonic solution to drink during the day for 3 weeks. It is highly recommended to repeat this treatment afterwards during periods of heat waves, in the event of malnutrition or extreme fatigue.


2. Vitality – Boost (NOT in case of hypertension or kidney problems)

  • 50 to 100 ml of isotonic + 1 capful of hypertonic in the morning, for 1 week
  • 50 to 150 ml of isotonic solution to drink during the day for 3 weeks. Repeat at will

• Up to 150 to 250 ml of isotonic solution every 2 hours or as desired
3. For slack
• 10 ml of hypertonic solution, 1 to 4 times during exercise
4. Recovery
• 100 to 250 ml of isotonic solution per day in several doses, up to 1 month after the competition
