Terms of sale

1. Conclusion of contract

The products and prices published in the online store are considered offers.
These offers are always subject to the condition resolutory of an impossibility of delivery or an erroneous price indication.
For the products and services of OD, the contract is concluded with OD as soon as the customer places his order in the shop online, by telephone or by e-mail.
In the event of an online order, receipt of the order is confirmed to the customer by an automatically generated e-mail. Upon receipt of payment and therefore validation of the order, OD starts preparing and sending the order.

3.1 Unable to fulfill the order

If a (total or partial) impossibility of delivery (resolutive condition) occurs after the order, the customer is immediately informed by e-mail.
If the order has already been paid, the amount will be refunded within 10 days upon receipt of an IBAN.
If no payment has been made, the customer is released from his obligation to pay.

2. Warranty

OD guarantees the quality of its product until the date indicated on the container.
If it is impossible to prepare and/or send the order, OD guarantees a refund of payment within 10 days upon receipt of an IBAN.
If the products received by the customer do not correspond to the order (packaging, quantity, type of plasma), the customer  informs OD by email at suividesenvois@plasma-odevie.com or by phone: +33 (0)9 75 18 84 29.
OD sends a return slip for reshipping the goods not ordered, in the original package or perfectly packaged.
OD guarantees an exchange of the incorrect goods within 10 days, after return of the package in good condition.

3. Payment

3.1 Payment Methods

Most of the time OD uses direct payment like:

  • secure online payment system (no banking information is transmitted to OD) 
  • system of European SEPA bank transfer which guarantees good traceability of the payment

Sometimes OD may send an invoice. Barring exceptions, the payment of the invoice triggers the sending of the products.
For security reasons, OD does not receive any payment in cash or check span>. 
In case of payment by credit card or other instant payment method, the debit takes place at the time of the order.

6.2 Retention of Title

The products ordered remain the property of OD until full payment.
