Refund policy
1. Return of goods
- The customer can freely cancel his order within 10 calendar days from the order date
- The client must inform OD by email: suividesenvois@plasma-odevie.com

If the customer has received his package, he must return it to the depot at his expense and in perfect condition.
Products must be sent in the original packaging and adequately packaged to avoid any breakage.
In case of breakage, due to poor packaging, the cost of the breakage will be taken from the refund of the purchase
- After checking the quality of the returned products, OD proceeds with the refund within 10 days of receipt of an IBAN
- Damaged or opened products are not taken back and are invoiced to the customer in full
2. Parcel not conforming
If the integrity of a package seems suspicious to you, if it is damaged or shows traces of blows, deformation, you must without further refuse the package, indicating the reason for your refusal on the delivery note; and send us a copy. We can open a dispute with the service provider and the goods will be completely reshipped to you free of charge.
