Shipping policy

1. Delivery time

Deliveries are made by external service providers, either to a relay point or to your home, depending on the option you choose.
Acces Point:
DPD: 2 to 4 working days

Home delivery:
UPS: 3 to 5 working days
DPD: 2 to 4 working days

1.1 Delivery delay

OD and its service providers will make every effort to send the order within 24 hours (working days) of the contract, subject to product availability.
OD cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery once the order has been consigned to the delivery service provider.
In the event of late delivery, the customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract from the 30th calendar day following the order.
In this case, OD will reimburse the customer for any amounts already paid. No further claims against OD are possible.

2. Delivery

2.1 Access Point

As soon as your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with the tracking number for the recovery by the service provider.
For withdrawals from a relay point, you are informed by text message that your package is available.
On receipt of confirmation of delivery to the relay point, you are required to pick it up within a week or then to agree on a date of collection with the relay point for the collection of the parcel.

Any return of goods to Õdevie, due to a parcel not collected in the time limit, or re-shipment of the said parcel for a reason other than a damaged parcel, generates additional costs which must be invoiced to the customer. The goods remain the property of Õdevie until the customer has paid these costs.

2.2 Home

If the customer chooses the “home delivery” option, it is their responsibility to ensure that:

  • access to the place of delivery indicated is possible and guaranteed, the delivery address must be easily accessible by truck
  • the product passes through the accesses (eg stairs, doors, etc.)
  • that someone is present at the home on the date agreed with the delivery person

If the product cannot be transported to the place of delivery indicated, the customer bears any additional costs.
If the customer does not receive the products ordered at the date set, OD may withdraw from the contract (cancellation) and invoice the customer for the delivery and return costs incurred, or even any loss of value.

3. Customer's duty

3.1 Duty to control

It is the customer's responsibility to check the delivered products immediately upon receipt for accuracy, completeness and condition.
If the delivery was made by a transport company, any damage to the delivery must be specified on the delivery note, NO claim can be accepted if it is not reported upon receipt of the goods.
Any errors or damage must be reported to OD immediately. The customer must do so by email at suividesenvois@plasma-odevie.com by attaching one or more photos of the package.

3.2 Duty of reception

It is the customer's responsibility to take delivery of the products ordered within 7 days of receipt of the delivery notice. If you have not received a tracking number within 3 days of placing your order, please contact us at suividesenvois@plasma-odevie.com.
Costs incurred by non-receipt (packing, return and reshipment) will be invoiced to the customer. If this is the case, the goods will not be released until these additional costs have been paid, failing which OD may terminate the contract (cancel), retain the goods and refund only the amount paid minus the total cost of packing, return and dispatch.
