Uses

In isotonic solution (diluted) to remineralize, regenerate, revitalize, drain.
In hypertonic solution (pure) for a boost, an intense remineralization.

Contraindications

Hypertonic marine plasma is not recommended for people with high blood pressure or severe kidney problems.

In these cases, it is advisable to consume isotonic solution, diluted at the rate of one volume of hypertonic solution to 5 volumes of spring water (Mont Roucous, Rosée de la Reine, Mont Calm, etc.) or low mineralized water, osmosed water, etc.
Start by taking 1 tablespoon per day, then gradually increase. Stop immediately in case of discomfort.

Suite à une fatigue importante, j’ai commencé une cure de plasma marin hypertonique. J’ai senti mon état s’améliorer rapidement. J’apprécie tout particulièrement la bouteille d’un litre et le tarif dégressif à partir de l’achat de trois bouteilles.

C'est devenu un rituel chez moi. Je prends ma dose de plasma hypertonique chaque soir en allant me coucher. Mon ressenti est une légèreté au réveil ainsi qu'une pleine forme. J'utilise également le plasma isotonique sur les petit bobos, coupures etc et c'est très efficace...

Je bois de l’eau de mer Odevie pour avoir du magnésium. J’ai fait une cure d’un mois environ. Puis j’ai arrêté car j’en avais plus. Enfin il y a peu j’ai repris. J’ai commencé par en boire 100 ml par jour et maintenant je suis à 250ml voire plus. Je constate une diminution voire disparition de mes crampes dans les mollets. Donc ça me fait du bien! Excellent produit tout à fait adapté à une cure buvable. Une mise en route en ce qui me concerne avec 10 ml par jour, il m'a fallu un peu de temps pour augmenter ( quelques semaines)
