Contraindications

Hypertonic marine plasma is not recommended for people suffering from high blood pressure or severe kidney problems.

In these cases, it is advisable to consume an isotonic solution, diluted at a ratio of one volume of hypertonic solution to five volumes of spring water (Mont Roucous, Rosée de la Reine, Mont Calm, etc.) or low-mineralised water, osmosis water, etc.
Start with 1 tablespoon per day, then gradually increase. Stop immediately if you experience any discomfort.

Additional information

Marine plasma can be consumed pure or diluted. To begin a treatment, it is always preferable to use the diluted solution (isotonic - see video on how to prepare the isotonic solution).
