Uses

In isotonic solution (diluted) to replenish minerals, strengthen muscles and joints, revitalise, drain and repair after exercise.

In hypertonic solution (pure) for a boost, to give you a boost when you're feeling sluggish.

Contraindications

Hypertonic marine plasma is not recommended for people with high blood pressure or severe kidney problems.

In these cases, it is advisable to consume isotonic solution, diluted at a rate of one volume of Õdevie hypertonic solution to 5 volumes of spring water (Mont Roucous, Rosée de la Reine, Mont Calm, etc.) or weakly mineralized, osmosis water, etc.
Start with 1 tablespoon per day, then gradually increase. Stop immediately if discomfort occurs.

100% natural seawater cold sterilized according to the Quinton protocol.

Additional information

Marine plasma can be consumed pure or diluted. To begin a treatment, it is always preferable to use the diluted solution (isotonic - see video on how to prepare the isotonic solution).

With 1 litre of hypertonic Õdevie, you can prepare 4.5 litres of isotonic solution.
The measuring cups make it easy to prepare your daily dose.

In addition to providing minerals and electrolytes, isotonic marine plasma promotes the absorption of nutrients and all dietary supplements.
